After completing a B.S in Construction Management at Norfolk State University Tony worked with one of the largest general contractors in the Virginia area establishing and maintaining building control and layout. Then realizing a true passion for concrete construction he went to work for one of the largest commercial concrete construction companies in the nation for the next 5 years as a superintendent where he was responsible for each project’s success from staffing and scheduling to managing his estimated costs. After working as a superintendent for 5 years he then assumed the position of Estimator and Project Manager running the concrete division of one of Virginia’s largest locally owned general contractors. After being at the helm of the concrete division he decided it was time to give the central Virginia area TDU Concrete and did just that in 2001. Since that time TDU Concrete has grown from just a few employees to a fully staffed turnkey company with 60+ employees.
