Since completing her B.S. in Fine Arts at Frostburg State University Jill has been providing both human resources and accounting support at several businesses in the central Virginia area including one of Virginia’s largest manufacturers of precision machined parts. The skill sets that Jill brings with her to TDU Concrete have made her an invaluable member of the family.
