Weekly safety inspections are conducted for our work as well as hazards that may be present from other trades in the work area.
We feel that safety, like the construction process, should be a complete team effort.
Zero Tolerance for Drugs & Alcohol
At TDU we have a Zero Tolerance Drug Policy for Pre-employment & current Employees. We conduct random drug screenings to ensure a safe & healthy work environment.
TDU Safety Programs
In 2006 we launched a Safety Awareness Campaign, company wide. Random, unannounced safety inspections are conducted at jobsites to evaluate our Field Personnel’s safety and state of well being.
We monitor not just our Teams and equipment, but manage the jobsite’s safety issues as a whole.
This information is reviewed onsite with TDU personnel as well as onsite and office representatives of the General Contractor.
